About
Welcome to the Toronto Fitness Challenge!
On Saturday June 6 - June 7, Torontonians will join in on an all-inclusive groundbreaking fitness industry event! The first of its kind under one roof: the Sweat4 SickKids Toronto Fitness challenge charity event! The Toronto Fitness Challenge (TFC), in its third year running has combined forces with the team at Sweat Equity Lifestyle Media Group to create an experience that will have your sweat going to a worthy cause.
By bringing together the GTA's best fitness instructors and studios, we've created an event that combines one-of-a-kind classes, programming, motivational speakers/workshops and vendors showcasing the best in fitness, yoga, health, child development and wellness.
Partnering with the SickKids Foundation, Sweat Equity and the TFC want to encourage awareness about childhood obesity and contribute to the foundation's vision: "Healthy Children, A better world."
Together we're proud to inspire the city of Toronto to come together and participate in this amazing event. Participants will challenge themselves (and their friends and family) to conquer the classes, raise the most money, and survive this two-day fitness experience. Come earn your Sweat Equity! We challenge you!
