Mike Chalut brings his high-energy and charm in full force as a VIP host as well as a radio and television personality. His extensive experience in entertainment - musical theatre, hosting international events, producing major industry shows, as well as staring in his own hit television and radio shows - makes him a modern renaissance man.
After getting his start with a singing career, Mike quickly moved into hosting television with shows like Wedding S.O.S and Kim's Rude Awakenings -- which is now featured on the OWN network, and guest appearances on over 50 television shows. Mike parlayed his appearances into a career working with popular nightclub venues. His precise attention to detail and ability to win over the toughest critics makes him Toronto's go-to VIP host. Mike also recently created his own events production company, MTeamPro, and he continues to host major events including World Pride 2012 in London, England and Fashion Cares here in Toronto.
He has also been working on PROUD FM for the past three years - the world's first commercial LGBT radio station. As the host of the afternoon drive, The Mike Chalut Show attracts celebrities from all over the world. Mike has interviewed Lady Gaga, Boy George, Carly Rae Jepsen, Linda Evangelista and Hugh Jackman, to name a few.
Mike Chalut is also participating in the Toronto Fitness Challenge, a Guinness World Record breaking event on Saturday June 15th, 2013 at Metro Toronto Convention Centre in support of SickKids Foundation to raise awareness for childhood obesity. The event is set to raise $100,000!
