Whether you're a regular yoga practitioner an experienced teacher or newbie, Sweat for SickKids Yogathon is guaranteed to provide a powerful energetic and spirited experience. Step away from your daily routine and immerse yourself in a dedicated 2½ hours solely to yoga for a good cause. Share in the experience of celebrating your practice with a community of like-minded practitioners and let our renowned faculty guide you through this transformative session!

Teachers: JP Tamblyn, Amber Joliat, Danny Noel, Megan Hoskins, and Gillian Mandich will lead you through a 2½ hour class.

TLC Workout Session with MT

Time: 12:30 pm - 1:15 pm

Change the way you Think, Lift, and Connect with your workout and you will change the way you look and feel.

Melissa's 45 min TLC Training session is going to improve your energy, increase your strength, power and flexibility and help you build your ideal physique.

TLC is High Intensity training - at your own level. With over 12 years of training experience Melissa has developed a fun filled session of easy to follow innovative body sculpting moves that are safe, effective and will leave you energized and feeling great!

It's always you against you. This workout will push you, until you push yourself. Motivate you, until you motivate yourself. Empower you, until you empower yourself and inspire you, until you are inspired.

It's time to unleash the athlete within.

Body by Chosen

Time: 1:30 pm - 2:15 pm

"High Intensity Basic Functional Movements (Body Weight Exercises) Combined With Basic Boxing Drills". Experience an engaging workout design for all fitness levels.



Time: 2:30 pm - 3:15 pm

ReXist360 HIIT is a 45 minute high energy resistance training class using the patented ReXist360 training bands. This strength cardio hybrid class is comprised of High/Low exercise blocks for total body conditioning with an intense focus on glutes, thighs and core. The latest in resistance training that will take YOU and your fitness to the next level!

Time: 3:15 pm - 4:00 pm

Joga - Sunday, June 7th @ 11am: Come move - sweat and breath like the pros do with JOGA creator Jana Webb.
