Located in the heart of downtown Toronto at 579 Yonge St, Fit Factory Fitness offers a one of a kind fitness training unlike any other fitness program in the city, with over 120 classes a month. Fit Factory Fitness is also home to The O Course, Canada’s first and only military obstacle training course designed for all levels of fitness. Since leaving the Marine Corps after 22 years of service, Drill Instructor Sgt. Tony A has worked as a Boot Camp Instructor in a variety of fitness centers across North America including the prestigious "Equinox Gym" out of New York City and most recently an eight month stint in Hawaii training U.S. forces and dependents. Tony is now bringing his passionate, intense, one-of-a-kind energy and unique style of training to the city of Toronto, and he is ready to shake things up for everyone who lives here.


With a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and years of experience competing as a varsity Track and Field athlete at the University of Western Ontario, Ivan Ho, knows what it takes to be in great shape. After graduation, Ivan followed his passion for fitness and started his first company, Fit from Home, when he received the William F. Bell Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award. His entrepreneurial spirit is key in bringing new and exciting projects to life with Fit Factory Fitness, first with The O Course and now the Toronto Fitness Challenge. He also most recently received the ACCE 2013 Best Start Up Award from the Association of Chinese Canadian Entrepreneurs.
