The sequences we have designed accompanied with our unique overhead suspension system, combines modified yoga poses with resisted flexion and extensions. FLXyoga is a full body workout that appeals to all fitness levels, we often have beginners training beside elite athletes. The adjustments are made with resistance which changes the intensity of the workout.

This former ballroom, with hardwood floors, is full of natural light and is a peaceful and elegant studio. Downward Dog Yoga Centre is conveniently located in downtown Toronto, nestled in the art and design district on Queen Street West. The studio is situated amongst restaurants, cafés, shops and parks - perfect for before or after class. A brightly painted Ganesh on the door marks the entrance, which is slightly west of Tecumseh, on the south side of Queen Street (opposite Palmerston Avenue, two blocks west of Bathurst). Inside, you'll find two practice rooms, a reception area, change rooms and private washrooms with showers. Outside, you'll discover the vibrant, eclectic neighbourhood that has now been home to Downward Dog since 2000. Incredible teaching and a pillar in the Toronto yoga community.
